Mid-Week Mail from the Monarchs: Feb. 5

Important things to do this week: Scratches are due for Countryside tomorrow by 8:00 p.m.
Head Coach – Kristin The Kettering meet is coming up on Sunday March 1st. Scratches for this meet will be due earlier than normal as there are many gymnasts trying to get in to this last regular season meet. Look for the SUG tomorrow. The schedule is attached.

Fundraising Chair – Melanie Get your gently used leotards ready to sell! This is a great opportunity for you to clean out your gymnast’s closet as well as an opportunity to by leotards for a great price from other families.
How do I participate?
• February 2nd – 5th Bring your leotards to the gym and place in the Box marked Leo Sale. We will have plastic bags and tags so that you can label you items.
• All items will be priced $12 Leos $5 shorts
• This is a family fundraiser!
• February 9th – 10th 5:00 – 7:30 p.m. Leotard Sale
• Unsold leos will be returned.

Volunteers will be needed to help during the sale. A SUG is upcoming.

Meet Director – Mariellen Feb. 21, 2015 Home Meet

The next Home Meet is just over 3 weeks away. We have 113 gymnasts expected to participate from Blue Ash, Gamble Nippert, Union County and Powel Crosley. The Sign Up Genius will be live next week. Remember, everyone is expected to volunteer. If you will not be able to volunteer the day of the Home Meet, contact me immediately so I can give you a behind the scenes assignment. Save Friday night for set up and Saturday night for clean up. The tentative schedule is attached. It may be adjusted closer to the meet.
