Things to do this week: 1. Scratches for Kettering and Home meet must be done by tomorrow Feb 12th. (Remember you must scratch on SUG even if you wrote it on your invoice)

2. Turn in your money for Districts by Feb 13th! Remember if your money is not turned in by Feb 13th, your gymnast cannot compete. Late payments will not be accepted.

3. Sign up to volunteer on SUG for the Home Meet. If you will not be there, you must contact Mariellen Voit by Thursday 2/12 to get a job to do ahead of time.

4. Please fill out the interest survey for the Reds Concession Stand fundraiser when it comes out on SUG. (We really need everyone’s help to make our dreams a reality)

Meet Director – Mariellen Home Meet

The Home Meet SUG is available for Adult Volunteers. If you haven’t done so already, please sign up by this weekend. Everyone must volunteer for the Home Meet unless you have contacted Mariellen Voit before hand. Also, plan to set up on Friday beginning at 3:00 pm or whenever you are available after work. If you do not plan to come for Set Up then you are asked to stay for Clean Up on Saturday.

The positions for gymnasts have been assigned and circulated at each All Parent Meeting. Please make note of when they need to work and make sure they arrive at the designated time. For your convenience, a copy of the gymnast assignments is attached.
