Nationals

Thank you Carolyn Buisson for hosting our parent meetings. Let myself or Carolyn know if you still have any questions. If you did not attend a meeting and would like information, please email me and I will place info in your family folder.

Please be sure to turn in Gymnast registration ASAP so I can get our team registered.

Below is the Doodle Poll link for Nationals.  Since everyone is on their own this would make it easier for the Nationals team to check on hotels and contact numbers.
Here’s the Doodle Poll link: http://doodle.com/poll/xiq3wggc7q3vm9qi
If you go to this – Check the days they’re going to be there and then under Comment – to post the hotel and their contact number.

End of the Season

Just a friendly reminder with the biggest meets left, not all of our girls will place on every event or All-Around. The competition at the District, Regional and National level are very high and it’s the experience that matters. We expect all Monarchs show respect toward all of the athletes competing and their Y families. We want to promote positivity even if something doesn’t go our way during awards or competition.

College Gymnastics Meet – Mariellen

Hi All,
Sarah and I found out that there is a big college level gymnastics meet in Columbus on March 12th at 4 pm.  It’s Ohio State Buckeyes Women’s Gymnastics v B1G Five  It’s only 30 minutes from Districts.  We’re planning on attending. We thought it might be fun if some of the other gymnasts were able to join us after they compete in the morning. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for children under 18.  There are some fees because it is thru Ticketmaster but for 1 adult and 1 child it is only $3.80.  It looks like it’s open seating.  The link for purchasing tickets is below:
If your daughter is interested in going but you aren’t, they can catch a ride with us.  I’ll have 3 open seats in my car.
Let me know if you have any questions.
