Coaches Report – Kristin

Another great job at Countryside! With a few weeks away from Championships, we are not wasting any time in the gym. We are going back to reteach some of the main basics and strength. Fundamentals take a lot of time, patience and training so we are trying not to skip steps. We only have a few weeks so please take advantage of the open gyms. Also, strongly encourage your athlete to condition at home. We cannot hit our skills if we are not strong enough.

These are three basic conditioning every gymnast can do every day they are not at practice .

20 each x3 sets

Push-ups

V-ups

Frog jumps or burpees.

Countryside Results

Level 3- 5th place

Level 4- 4th place

Level 5 – 4th place
