Coaches Report – Coach Kristin

Our Monarchs have been working unbelievably hard in the gym to prepare for our last regular season meet.  We are looking forward to these next few weeks where we take time to train basics and develop stronger routines.

Outside of our four walls of the y, we also have a great deal coming up. Please take the time and read the information provided and let me know if you have any questions. J
